The staff here were really helpful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had a stylish design, making for a great experience overall.

Its location was good, close enough to Washington as well as the Smithsonian's many museums. Furthermore, near a shopping center.

The doors all face outside of that matters to you regarding safety. But no complaints. Friendly and courteous staff and a clean room and comfy bed is what I expect and that's what I received. Very good location if you have business outside the beltway.

Not as nice as most extended stays I have been at. I felt the bathroom was in POOR condition. The sink was literally falling off the wall. Would be helpful to replace it with a vanity with more counter space. The bathroom could really use a good remodel. That is one of the aspects of this brand that I like. Most places are updated and a bit more on trend.

The assistant general manager was so accommodating. I had a friend who is undergoing surgery at Fairfax Hospital nearby. The surgery was really early in the morning so I had to get there early and I knew that it would be quite some time so I wanted to come back and get some rest. This gentleman went out of his way to give me a later check out to give me time to rest up before I went back to the hospital as I have not really slept in a couple days. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his kindness and generosity and understanding during a tough time. If he is indicative of the rest of your staff then this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Just a great young man!!!

My wife had a chronic illness and is on IV meds that make her nauseas. She threw up all over the bedding late at night your staff was very helpful. They are amazing. We have stayed there for a week each time in the last 2 week. Will always stay there when we need a place.

I think the hotel is good for business travel. It is quite and overall cleaniing.

The place was clean, and everyone was exceptionally accommodating, booked a room with a pull-out sofa.

I was to have a non smoking the top I was given was a smoking it was change but the room I got hear/air did not work. Bed was very hard and lumpy

Room was with several issues that required attention: stove burner not working; entrance switch not working. Staff forgot to wake up clients--missed appointment when finally got themselves up.

The staff is helpful and ensures the place is fairly clean. the location is comfortable and right by the subway station. - the property is conveniently located 2 miles from Dunn Loring Park.

Everything was simply fine. We were in Merrifield for 2 days, had really nice stay, the hotel was clean with comfortable and perfect location close to food anf entertainment. After a long drive the helpful staff was waiting for us...
